No botanical list to go on, so take it as the name suggests: a Dolomites gin, alpine in intent. Juniper leads, dry and resinous, with the pepper and warmth you'd expect at 45%. Clean through the middle, long and cool on the finish, with just enough weight to hold up to ice and mixers.

Tonic — Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, 1:2 — light enough not to bury the juniper at this strength
Garnish — A strip of lemon peel
